The whole purpose of setting up Guantánamo Bay is for torture. Why do this? Because you want to escape the rule of law.

You are aware that Gitmo was around prior to Bush?

On a side... do you know that we pay rent for the land, but Cuba never cashes the check. The rent? $1 a year. I never verified that but its what I heard while down Cuba.
