New evidence alright, of just how gullible we have become.
No document of the time would have such amodern tone or "voice." No government document I have ever read contains volunteered details and descriptions. The language is not terse or crytic enough and the need to explain everythng is a sure fire tip off that this is a joke and/or piece of trash.
THIS IS A MEMO FROM CIA TO SECRET SERVICE. SECRET SERVICE IS NOT VERSED IN CIA CRYPTOLOGY. it's a toss up 50 % for both sides
