Hi, I have no doubt about the devil horns hand symbol we've caught so many leaders doing, but in this case of the child, and other recent photos of Obama, he is giving the Hawaiian 'shaka' sign with the pinkie and thumb, which means nothing other than Aloha. I live here and use it a lot and believe me, I'm no Illuminatus!!!
