Gary, I think your attempt at bringing some rational thought on Cannonfire was noble but futile. It's a shame, but Cannon really lost his poor mind. He voted for Obama some months ago but now he's convinced beyond reason that Obama is the anti-Christ at the head of a fascist movement that took over the Democratic party. And his only argument is basically that "HE knows (and not you, sorry)". That's it.

So to fight the "fascists" he's hallucinating, he decided to become one, a kind of blog Nazi who must be deleting 98% of the comments he's receiving (the guy is so arrogant he can't even understand when he's insulting people). And if you don't see the fascists hiding everywhere in the shadows of the blogosphere, it's because you don't have a superior intellect like his (and you're a dumb inferior obamabot). He's the oracle of the blogosphere you know,a kind of "precog" who has a special authorization to declare who he wants to be a Nazi, including you if you keep arguing with him (it wont take long, trust me). And it shouldn't take long before you are banned from his blog like 97% of his old readership. It's simple, when you have his special power, you have to right to compare who you don't agree with to one of the most sanguinary movement in humanity. I'm sure these evil elitist progressive bloggers like Arianna and Marcos are already thinking about how they will eliminate millions of people and enslave the inferior races.

Anyway, apart from his delusions and hallucinations, why should we trust his judgment today if it was so wrong 3 months ago when HE voted for Obama himself ? Simple ! because he's better than you. It's rare I saw someone who was that comfortable with his own arrogance. Poor guy, it's a pity and I'm sad to know I won't be able to read his good stuff anymore, the articles he was putting out before he lost it. But at the same time, I must admit that it's kinda fascinating (and creepy sometimes) to witness someone loose his mind live in front of your eyes. I'm just wondering how low he will sink before reaching for professional help...
