This is Ned Touchstone's grandson, Joel. I have all of my grandfathers manuscripts and research including that which did not make it into the Noel library. Adding a LITTLE substance to the theories of American or Israeli strikes, there was this story back in June:

Wherein the Iranians claimed Bushehr would be going on-line in October. If the US or Israel considers that report credible, and they believe the claims of potential weapons-grade production from this plant, they would feel compelled to act very soon, or face the risk of a nuclear-powered retaliation.
