Murder Most Foul?

A must-read about the mysterious "suicide" of Philip Merrill, President of the Export-Import Bank from 2002 until 2005. Apparently he was found dead in the water, a shot gun blast to his face and an anchor tied around his legs. Suicide, obviously. Some suspicious folks have suggested nine billion reasons why he may have been killed.
